Soñ Gweha aka SOÑXSEED is an artist, DJ, researcher and community organizer who lives and works between the outskirts of Paris (France), Vienna where they are doing their PhD in Practice in the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, and Cameroon. Through a transdisciplinary practice, Soñ Gweha works with poetry, video, performance, installation, sculpture to deconstruct the mechanisms of survival, mindfulness and healing. Navigating through contemporary creation, research and collective practices for transformative justice, they uses analog Djaying, sounds and their voice as an instrument (under the name SOÑXSEED), moving images, poetic writings, archival conversations, body gestures, textiles and nature (plant life, animals and non-human bodies and matter, as well as cooking in order to explore intimacy, love, tribulation and joy from a afrofeminist, spiritual and queer perspective.
